DO NOT use this company. I canceled within the three day limit specified on their contract. (see photo) They called me and said I had to confirm cancellation by calling them. I did that and was transferred to two different people who kept me on the phone. Now I am getting repeated calls saying I need to speak with them AGAIN before my account is cancelled. Patrick provided excellent service. He arrived exactly on time, was very professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. They treated both the inside and outside of the house, cleaned all the spider webs around the roofline and exterior areas, and explained everything clearly. They also made sure my pet was safely put away during the treatment and let me know it would be safe to bring my pet back out after 25 minutes. Can’t say enough great things about this company. We signed with them earlier this month and they have been fantastic. My husband was away on business when I found and then lost a very large wolf spider in my bedroom. Needless to say I was on the verge of a panic attack! My husband contacted Isaac who is amazing! I have been a customer since 2022 and I have paid my monthly fee without incident however the customer service I have been provided in the last few weeks is causing me to leave this company. I called initially about Termites, I was given a termite treatment in Jan 2025 which is warrantied for a year. Of course, 3 months outside of that year timeframe I started seeing activity again. Amazing service! Fast and professional and would definitely recommend for any painting and detailing work. The price is reasonably competitive for a body shop, and there are only a few good ones in this area. They answer the phone and are happy to answer all your questions.
