Patrick provided excellent service. He arrived exactly on time, was very professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. They treated both the inside and outside of the house, cleaned all the spider webs around the roofline and exterior areas, and explained everything clearly. They also made sure my pet was safely put away during the treatment and let me know it would be safe to bring my pet back out after 25 minutes. I have been a customer since 2022 and I have paid my monthly fee without incident however the customer service I have been provided in the last few weeks is causing me to leave this company. I called initially about Termites, I was given a termite treatment in Jan 2025 which is warrantied for a year. Of course, 3 months outside of that year timeframe I started seeing activity again. DO NOT use this company. I canceled within the three day limit specified on their contract. (see photo) They called me and said I had to confirm cancellation by calling them. I did that and was transferred to two different people who kept me on the phone. Now I am getting repeated calls saying I need to speak with them AGAIN before my account is cancelled. Robert explained the treatment process for both the inside and outside of our home and took the time to share how it works. He assured us that the products used were safe and not hazardous to our health before proceeding with the pest control treatment. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and efficient. Robert came in, completed the job promptly, and made sure he answered all of our questions.
