Did not come up on the deck and spray around the frame where the wasps like to be. Did not get the spider webs around the front door, garage door, back patio door. There is some kind of mud track on the bathroom window frame. Completely missed a wasps nest on the upper eve. I’m not satisfied at all with the quality of work.

I was very pleased with Jerry's professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the results. Also very kind, plus my dogs like him, so I felt safe. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that he didn't miss anything. Therefore, I would rate him a 10 star if it was available. Thank you Jerry job well done.!!

Normally I tell door salesmen no thanks before they finish their sentence, but this kid actually impressed me. Very respectful, knew his stuff, and handled himself professionally. Reminded me of how kids used to work summer jobs back in the day instead of sitting around on their phones. Good head on his shoulders. Pretty sure he said his name is Lorenzo. Give the young man credit for hustling.

We initially signed a contract to mitigate an ant infestation at our new home. Their product was extremely effective and we saw near instant results. Courteous crew members. However, their approach to tackling mice is not effective and besides a few traps, I don’t think they are cut out for the job. We spent 2K for them to seal off the perimeter of the basement. Stacy was great!! He got in places that I didn’t even think about. Also, he cleaned out the webs. I felt he did a very thorough job!! Another great thing about this company, I will get Stacy again. He’s our technician. Our other company sent a different person every time which was frustrating. I had to explain each time what needed to be done.
