I love this group!!! BUT... As with anything else, It's no better than it's weakest link. Checkout the 2025 lawsuit this company is under, I wish I had before I signed up. When this company was first contracted they did an incredibly thorough job. After the second treatment, only the front of our house was treated and when I lodged a complaint and ultimately tried to cancel services I found myself having to pay additional fees not disclosed when we signed up. They lowered my cost for the remaining duration of our services to less than half we originally signed up for instead of letting us cancel. We still have w... read more

When the company fist started the were AWESOME, but now when they come out it seems like the spend 1/4 of the time as they 1st did. I tried to move a payment for a service out 7 days, the company they hire for answering assured me "no problem" I was billed on day of service, not what what was agreed upon. I wish you talk to someone local who could honestly fix the problem. Sprayer spent approximately 20-30 minutes on site. I felt the Cost of service was high for what was done. He did put down pellets for Scorpions (We've killed 5 over the last 3 months.) He explained the yard had to be watered to activate the pellets. First time I've been told that. Since we've had several Scorpions, I believe he should have spread pellets over a broader area.

Kylon came out and checked/sprayed our house. Great guy, did a thorough check and went above the normal call and checked on something we thought was spider eggs but ended up being mold. Gave advice on that too! Would highly recommend Kylon and his team!
