Sprayer spent approximately 20-30 minutes on site. I felt the Cost of service was high for what was done. He did put down pellets for Scorpions (We've killed 5 over the last 3 months.) He explained the yard had to be watered to activate the pellets. First time I've been told that. Since we've had several Scorpions, I believe he should have spread pellets over a broader area.

I love this group!!! BUT... As with anything else, It's no better than it's weakest link. I can vouch for my Personal Representative Kylon, he is kind and knowledgeable, prompt and professional, BOTH: effective AND efficient ( This last entry is stated as it is BECAUSE: You can be either of these qualities alone and skip the other, OR in this case.... Checkout the 2025 lawsuit this company is under, I wish I had before I signed up. When this company was first contracted they did an incredibly thorough job. After the second treatment, only the front of our house was treated and when I lodged a complaint and ultimately tried to cancel services I found myself having to pay additional fees not disclosed when we signed up. They lowered my cost for the remaining duration of our services to less than half we originally signed up for instead of letting us cancel. We still have w... read more

Ecoshield is seriously as joke. I had some salesman tell me he was part “owner” and that he was hooking me up with a great deal. It turns out he was just a salesman that was giving me a price that everyone gets - I know, I got got. This deal included getting follow up sprays, I was told these follow ups can be booked at any time if we see spiders or bugs between sprays.
