Braelen did a great job, he took great care to keep the inside of our home clean. Explained everything that he was doing and went above and beyond with the service. Too early to tell if the bugs will go away, but I was very impressed with him!Â
No reason to switch other than the salesman is a good talker. The service rate is actually 12 dollars more a month compared to what we previously had. But they come every 3 months vs every 2. After reading the contract the salesman forgot to mention its monthly. I said we pay 72 every 2 months. He said they are 84 and do so much more. The contract says monthly fee. I have already requested to cancel. Ernesto was fantastic. Super friendly helpful. This was just not what they made it out to be.Â
Tech did a great job. He was very courteous and explained what he was going to do based on the weather conditions. The follow up to complete the service occurred just as he explained. It was a very thorough and efficient process.Â
Our initial visit did not address all our problems and we were disappointed when it took 2-3 weeks for them to come back out, however, Caroline did an amazing job today. She was very thorough. She cleaned off all the spider webs, that were inside & out. She also got all the wasps nests, and resprayed. Today's service delivered the service we were sold and we hope we continue to receive this level of service in the future.Â
The work was completed very thoroughly. He found 2 additional wasp nests that hadn't even noticed. Thanks for doing a great job Braelen!Â
