I’ve been having issues with rats since my neighbors have a lot of chickens, and I had a great experience with this company. The pricing was reasonable for such a comprehensive service. The initial sales conversations with Alex were great. He was friendly and flexible with my strange schedule. Joseph was very pleasant and professional. He explained the work he was going to do and asked if I had questions or concerns. He listened carefully and addressed each one. He finished the work & provided an update on what he found. It turns out that my contract covers a service he recommended that I wasn't aware of. There was no upselling at all. I appreciated that.

I’ve been using their services for awhile now. I switched as my previous company didn’t seem to be as consistent or thorough. Michael did an amazing job - very thorough, great communicator. Explained his plans and detailed what would take place. I was very impressed with his service.

Joseph was very friendly and discussed everything thing that he was going to be doing on this first visit. Both Joseph and his helper were very thorough and over the next couple of months we will see what the results are. I definitely feel better about the service I have received from Joseph and the company than my past experience with others.
