We have been using EcoShield for a year now and are very pleased with their service. Today Preston was our technician and he was polite, helpful, and informative. We have had this company come out two different times now to do pest control. Our main concerns were wasps, spiders, and voles. After the first time they came out we found a new wasp nest within a week of them spraying and the spiders never went away either. The voles have gotten worse and they have been out twice now. Their supposedly “100% satisfaction guaranteed” but when I reached out to them they said someone needed to come confirm the issue before they’d come out again. The sales guy CHRIS!!! who knocked on my door at 9:30 at night lied to me about about the product and how the “contracts” work. Told me it would be 3 treatments and that’s all I was signing up for. Also he mentioned if I had any problems with not noticing a diff within the 1st two weeks to call him back and he would send out for another complimentary treatment…..well he won’t respond and completely ghosted me after the sale. Angel G. did a great job servicing my home! He was very thorough and took extra time to make sure all areas of concern were addressed. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the service covered what was needed. EcoShield has been great at treating for pests and keeping them at bay.

Great company, great service. I had a really huge wasp issue. Everyone in my family got stung in one day. That's when I new I had to call someone. Then, like a prayer answered from above, an EcoShield rep just happens to stop by. Like, literally within the minute The rep talked me through everything.
