Kona did a great job with our initial service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He walked me through what areas were being treated, how the products worked, and what steps I needed to follow afterward, especially since I have dogs and wanted to make sure they were safe around the yard and house. I had an excellent experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions in San Antonio. J.T. and Alec did an outstanding job servicing both the inside and outside of our home. They were thorough and attentive to every detail—placing glue traps where needed, spraying the exterior of the house, treating all corners, removing wasp nests and spider webs, and even cleaning the eaves and spaces between the bricks.
