JT absolutely exceeded expectations. He listened to my requests and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The technicians and admin I have spoken to have all been exceptionally kind and professional. They spend the time to do it right while also being efficient in their work.
James and Chris did an excellent job from the moment they arrived. They were punctual and took the time to thoroughly explain the services they would be providing and the order in which everything would be completed. I have had a lot of pest control and bug exterminators come through my homes but JT has been the best so far! Knowledgeable, effective and very careful with his work! He gave me and the family a run down of what he was doing, what it would do and best ways to prepare our home if we were to see anything else again. Truly excited to have signed on with this company and very happy to have JT as our tech today!
Always a great experience to work with Echo Shield. Eric, Derrick, and Harry were super helpful, friendly, and help our operations run more smoothly without having to worry about those little pests. Matt was also super helpful with getting the treatment plan set up on the back-end. Pricing was clear, and they made the service clear and easy to understand.
Really enjoyed working with JT (Jermon) and Stephen. They were both incredibly nice, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of questions, and they answered everything quickly and thoroughly without any issues. I also had a few additional requests that weren’t included in the initial documentation, and JT was more than willing to help.
