Everyone we had contact with was helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious. They were patient, answered questions and were mindful and observant of our concerns. We've had a great experience with ecoshield and would definitely recommend them. Our technician Frankie was awesome!Â
Pushy door to door salesman trespassed on my property and would not leave. They violated state law RCW 9A.52.010 by ignoring the No Soliciting sign. They also ignored the sign stating I have a dog, and almost let him out by standing in the open gate after loudly and repeatedly knocking on my door (pictured). Ashton Sikes and his teams did an excellent job!! We want to give him and his teams a 10 stars more than a five stars!! They got rid of the rodents problem in the crawl space. They removed everything out including the old damaged insulations caused by the rodents. They cleaned and sanitized, installed new insulations and added new black plastic to cover the whole ground in the crawl space. I’ve been using this company since I moved to Oak Harbor and their services have been great. Never walked into a spiderweb or saw any pests during my time here. I recently called to cancel my services due to transferring and the representative I spoke with (Chelle) was very helpful and patient! I appreciated her much needed assistance. (The person I spoke to before hand not so much, but she more than made up for him.) If you’re in need of pest control I highly recommend EcoShield.Â
Isaac was great. He was in the midst of our service when I got home from work, talked with me for a second about any concerns we may have and checked in with us before he left. He was polite and very thorough. Thank you Isaac!Â
