Very disappointed with the overall service. The initial inspection was thorough, but the treatment results were not as expected. I could see the same insect activity shortly after the inspection. The follow-up schedule was harder than expected and the response from customer support was slow. I had to contact them multiple times to get an update. For the price charged, I expected better expertise and clear communication. I am disappointed with their service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Belle was helpful and made sure she understood exactly what I needed and took care of everything Christian performed my last service and was super professional and considerate of my animals and my home. He was a gentleman and made sure to lock the gate when he was done and ask if there was anything else he could do for the home. Always happy with ecoshied

Austin was great to work with on our quarterly clean and spray. I wasn't home when he stopped by, but he was at my neighbors when I got home from work. He was happy to finish the rest of our yard once I could bring animals inside. This saved me from having to reschedule someone to come back ouy to finish. He was friendly and efficient.

Austin just serviced our home and in addition to being very thorough, detailed, he gave us some good tips on how to keep our cat safe. It is thanks to folks like Austin that we continue to stay with EcoShield: their folks are great,always knowledgeable,hard working people. Thanks Austin and EcoShield for keeping our house safe from pesky pests!

These guys are great every technician that has come out has been so kind and thorough. Austin was the tech today and didn’t disappoint. He was so helpful and attentive, noticed our pets and offered some great insight. Much appreciated!
