When Jon Jeffers came to our home to talk about EcoShield pest control we were so impressed. He was thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about the business. I would definitely give him 5 stars! Caleb came the next morning right on time. If I would give him more than 5 stars it would be a 10. Both gentlemen were great. I’m happy with the service and care they both did. Very disappointed with the overall service. The initial inspection was thorough, but the treatment results were not as expected. I could see the same insect activity shortly after the inspection. The follow-up schedule was harder than expected and the response from customer support was slow. I had to contact them multiple times to get an update. For the price charged, I expected better expertise and clear communication. I am disappointed with their service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Had a lot of wasp nests around my property. John set me up with a decent price to come quartly to address my problems that my previous service was not handling. They took care of them very quickly. Caleb was very polite and did a good job.

Caleb and Jon were great!!! This was our beginning treatment and they were very thorough. The monthly fee seems reasonable for such a complete service. Hopefully everything will continue to be as great as it was today. Thank you👍🏻

Caleb did an amazing job! He was friendly, very thorough and found a dead mouse we didn't know we had! We appreciate his detail and willingness to go above and beyond. He was exceptional and hope he is assigned to us in the future!
