Mary was absolutely amazing! She came to the house I housekeep and did an outstanding job. She was very nice, thorough, professional, and worked efficiently the entire time. She also gave helpful advice about keeping the dogs off the lawn, which I really appreciated. Honestly one of the best technicians I’ve seen come here. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the customers. She deserves a raise for how exceptional her service was!

We signed up for the general yearly service plan and had our first service done today. Selvin Martinez, our technician, was very thorough and did a great job. He asked about our concern areas and made sure to take his time to treat those areas and areas he noticed as well. He was very patient and polite. Eco Shield was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what they do.. Frank and Dara are absolutely amazing people. I had a great experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions. A representative came to my door and took the time to clearly explain all the services without being pushy, which I really appreciated. After signing up, Quwan came out to service my home and did an excellent job. He was extremely professional, thorough, and made sure to check in to see if I needed anything else before finishing. The whole process was smooth and reassuring. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them!
