We have used EcoShield for just over a year now and are very happy with the service. Anthony just completed our quarterly visit and he is outstanding. Have been happy with all of the techs; however, Anthony was really good. He explained everything, addressed our issues and had some suggestions on what we could further do. He was very attentive to all the details. Would highly recommend Anthony!
Elijah did a great job with my quarterly service. He took his time, applied all the promised treatments, and made sure everything was done right. I especially appreciated the attention he gave to treating both underneath my deck and the deck itself. It's nice to see someone take pride in their work rather than rush through the job. Very happy with the service!
The sales person Drew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like this company and morals towards pest was good. When Colton arrived I asked a bunch of questions. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything very well and the reasons behind it. When treating my house he was so thorough and very respectful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Ibrahim from EcoShield absolutely earned one. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure every area of my home was thoroughly serviced. TLDR: Overseas outsourced phone support is absolutely worthless. "Guaranteed" service is not so. Local techs and reps are good for basic work. Their exterior traps made a difference in the number of mice and insects we found in our house. We also hired them for bat abatement in our attic, a service that was guaranteed. They failed spectacularly. They were unsuccessful removing bats the first time around.
