The sales person Drew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like this company and morals towards pest was good. When Colton arrived I asked a bunch of questions. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything very well and the reasons behind it. When treating my house he was so thorough and very respectful. Brayden came thru the neighborhood today and after a good deal of explination and discussion, my wife and I chose to subscribe and get serviced. Duke was out tech this afternoon and he was clear about what he was planning to do and very attentive to our concerns or needs. He did a great job! This was the best experience with EcoShield to date. Nolan Gosso was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, a definite people person! His precision in mapping out our house, was elite and his explanation of what we would need to do, and cost was straightforward and professional.
Service was ok, the individuals who came out to provide service listened to and addressed my concerns/needs. The problem came in when I asked to skip my January quarterly service. 1. I received notice that my quarterly was scheduled for Jan 27. If I needed to re-schedule, call within 24 hours of service. 2. I called and asked to skip this quarter. A. No noticeable pests. B.
