The sales person Drew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt like this company and morals towards pest was good. When Colton arrived I asked a bunch of questions. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything very well and the reasons behind it. When treating my house he was so thorough and very respectful. This was the best experience with EcoShield to date. Nolan Gosso was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, a definite people person! His precision in mapping out our house, was elite and his explanation of what we would need to do, and cost was straightforward and professional.
Service was ok, the individuals who came out to provide service listened to and addressed my concerns/needs. The problem came in when I asked to skip my January quarterly service. 1. I received notice that my quarterly was scheduled for Jan 27. If I needed to re-schedule, call within 24 hours of service. 2. I called and asked to skip this quarter. A. No noticeable pests. B. A door to door salesman locked me into a long term contract. The technician was unethical. He put mice snap traps in my garage with no bait in them. He would not notify me when they were coming. I was charged even though my home was not serviced. I finally connected with the technician and he told me I needed to purchase mint pouches off of Amazon.
