Worst service ever. Sales guy showed up and said they would knock webs down around house, decks and in the garage. Said their product would help with ants in the yard too. Sounds great, I signed up. First service, a guy shows up and tells me they don't do the garages, even though it states they would in the paperwork. He refused. Somebody lied, either the sales guy or service guy. May 23, 2026 We received our initial service from EcoShield Pest Solutions. Aidan Brigham, our Tech, was very friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do and we also received an email detailing what he did and a detailed receipt for the initial service payment. I have no complaints regarding this service.

Unethical Company. Sales Rep Sierra came to my door and lied to get the sale. After I signed the contract for quarterly services for $180 she showed me that in the next two months I will need to pay something like $400 because that's how their schedule works and there's no way around it. I wasn't able to talk my way out of it at that moment. Be careful! Don’t sign up! I wish there were zero stars because this lying horrible company shouldn’t even have one star. Where to begin. I talked to a very nice person when I called in December about rodent issue and was reassured the mice would be gone. I stupidly believed them and signed up for their yearly membership. Two days later I was told by them it would be close to 3000.00 to alleviate the mice. Ummm. What? So immediately I canceled within the legal time limit to do this. Moses was great had a wonderful communication and super personable. Great with my dogs as well they gave him a sniff of approval. Thank you for providing great customer service versus just a service. The people behind a business are truly what matters in my opinion. You rock!
