My partner and I decided to stay at this hotel last minute as we were going to be spending some time in the city. The prices seemed decent and the rooms looked pleasant online. Check in didn't feel like a friendly experience, so I felt a bit uncomfortable. They have some microwavables and some drinks and snacks for purchase. The furniture in the dining area looked a bit dirty. The room seemed fairly clean. The curtains don't block out any light including the neon hotel lights. The people staying in the room next door were arguing so I had to bang on the door. I tried phoning front desk about it but got no answer. Quickly changed my mind about my stay here and called to cancel the booking. They said it was cancelled and I can be refunded. They have yet to reply to my emails or other call about the confirmation of a refund. The audacity to have rooms with cockroaches, bagged breakfast and mediocre rooms yet communication is just as bad??.
Place is great! Staff are easy going. They could definitely use a better continental breakfast. And it's pretty neat and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff. Basic amenities are within rich....
I’m writing this review at 3 a.m. because I had to check out immediately due to the terrible room conditions. The **room was leaking!** Please take the reviews seriously and avoid this place at all costs. When I arrived, I was told to wait because their system was down, delaying my check-in.
