I traveled to Toronto on a business trip and needed a place to stay for the night. After some searching, I found a hotel that was reasonably priced and decided to give it a try. I stayed as a guest last night in room 105. Upon entering the room,we were immediately hit by a cold room and overpowering artificial smell. It was an air freshener trying to mask what could be stinjy feet and mold. My traveling companion went to the desk to ask for a different room, however was told that all of the rooms have it. Hotel from hell, disgusting environment, bugs, foul smells, toothpaste on the towels upon entry of the room. The room we booked was advertised as an ideal stay for 3 people including 2 queen beds and a “couch bed”. The “couch bed” was essentially a chair with a footrest, it was disgusting and covered in questionable stains. No bugs in the room! I know you might be scared after seeing other comments, but I strongly suggest you take a look around the room first before deciding to cancel. (If there are indeed bugs, you can take a photo and contact for a room change or refund.) The breakfast includes the egg sandwich, muffin, apple juice and yogurt.
