No bugs in the room! I know you might be scared after seeing other comments, but I strongly suggest you take a look around the room first before deciding to cancel. (If there are indeed bugs, you can take a photo and contact for a room change or refund.) The breakfast includes the egg sandwich, muffin, apple juice and yogurt. I’ve stayed at EST on a few occasions. the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. the atmosphere is nice and quiet on the inside, but the outside is a little sketchy as it’s not in the nicest area. they have a lot of snack, drinks, and essentials options in the lobby, but the breakfast is not the greatest. also, every time I’ve been here over the past 2-3 years the pool has been out of service which id slightly disappointing. overall though, I feel comfortable staying here.

My experience, I don't know whether to say it was bad or good. They took money from my account and didn't acknowledge that I was at their hotel. And if they don't give me my money back, I'll write reviews and I'll also try to report the hotel to the authorities who take money from your account when you're no longer in your country.

Check in didn't feel like a friendly experience, so I felt a bit uncomfortable. They have some microwavables and some drinks and snacks for purchase. The furniture in the dining area looked a bit dirty. The room seemed fairly clean. The curtains don't block out any light including the neon hotel lights. The people staying in the room next door were arguing so I had to bang on the door. I tried phoning front desk about it but got no answer. The place was FILTHY!!!! The room tiles were dangerously cracked like you could cut your foot on it. The bed was stained. The room mildew/mold growing on the vent which made the room smell terrible. Also someone must’ve smoked in there as my coat held on to the scent. I could even stay the night. The staff are rude and highly unreliable. Oh and to top it off the elevator wasn’t working the entire time. Had to walk outside in the cold and up stair to reach the room.
