We arrived here from the Midwest with some issues! After trying several dealers, found Family RV and this place is awesome. Great facility for sure and the service department is excellent. Londen understood the repair and maintenance items and got this right the first time, a single visit. Neat and clean workmanship and excellent results for us. Will definitely come here FIRST in the future!

So I've tried several other RV service shops in the IE and Family RV is the best, HANDS DOWN!!! Their Service Manager, Londen always takes care of whatever I need, his communication is on point and they have reasonable pricing, compared to the other RV service shops I've tried. Finding someone to install a 2nd AC in our 5th wheel was very difficult until I called Family RV in Ontario. I spoke to Londen who took all the info down and found out exactly what I needed, ordered the parts, and had everything installed and working by the following week. Most importantly, our trailer was treated with respect and our bedroom where the install was made was left clean and neat. The true test was when we used the AC the following week in the Vegas heat. Went here to just check out the Flagstaff 5th wheels to see what they looked like and fell in love with one. The guys were great and frendly. Brought my wife in and she loved it too. Went back and forth and finally got the price we wanted and brought our trade in. Delivery was very informative and not rushed. Traded a Jayco in on it and the difference between them was so far apart it wasn't funny! The quality of Flagstaff was WAY above the Jayco. This maybe the last RV we'll buy.
