My experience with Family RV today was magnificent. The customer service, to answering all my questions and to the best part giving me a great deal on my purchase was one of the most pleasant, easiest experience I’ve had. I want to thank John for being a wonderful sales person, let me tell you if you need to buy a RV, travel trailer go to him he’s so patient, he knows his business and made us feel very comfortable in every way. responding to your answer from my wife review! I was also listing to her, and she was not screaming as your said, but you do need better customer service! your management need to be listing and not talk over customers concerns! My daughter in law also had talked to the manager and he was also rude to her, so I do not appreciate this bad behavior! All they had to do is suggest what you suggested my wife that is it instead of arguing with customers! I do not recommend this type of business!
Jeremy was our sales rep and showed us all of various styles that we like and let us know cost without pushing us to buy! This is an indoor showroom which is awesome! 😊
Facility - not bad. Nice to look in the indoor showroom on a hot day. Sales - ok. Nothing special about the staff. They will happily sell too much RV to a newbie who hasn't done enough research. Ask me how I know. Service - terrible. Only have two experiences. 1st was the PDI. Was rushed thru it. Hitch was included in the deal so they installed it and set it up. Once I learned more about it I had to redo the hitch set up for the weight distribution. Nothing too awful bad yet. Brought our toy hauler in for warranty work. Lo... read more
