When I came to Five Star, I was at the height of anxietyfeeling totally helpless and overwhelmed by the tax issues we were facing. I applied for *** for with this company over 1 year ago. And the person that I spoke with was I believe fictitious he went by the name of ******* ***. He's so fictitious I did a background check and no numbers no addresses no nothing came up on him. Every time I call to speak with him or to get a call back He had from one of the senior officers I get the same response that they are an answering service And someone will get back to me shortly And no one calls me back this has been going on At least six weeks now.
