Wilkins,Terry, and Ed came to my apartment and fix everything that was on the list that needed to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Wilkins is awesome! It was almost 7pm and I caught him about to get off work. He still came and fixed my ac and my leaking fridge. We had been waiting for a while and despite him working by himself and about to go home he still helped and was extremely nice.
Drive to the apartments to inquire about availability and the process of applying. I applied for a unit the next day and failed to get any kind of response. I called several times and was redirected to a voicemail. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I reached out to corporate but no response. Emails are AI generated responses. I continued to get an error message for submission but the site took my money. I finally got in contact with office staff after renewing my lease and they asked if documents were submitted... read more
Do not trust this place they are scammers. They will tell you an apartment is available then ask for your race which is illegal the minute you tell them your race they Will tell you the apartment you were just applying for is not available. They just are out here trying to steal people’s money. I called somebody from the office.
