Wilkins,Terry, and Ed came to my apartment and fix everything that was on the list that needed to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely satisfied. I just want to give a shout out to all three of them for putting in a good work. So I filed a work order for them to fix my stove, and the garbage disposal and they came within 1 days They did a great job. The person's name is Wilkins and he is a great employee.
Don't listen to the good reviews what I'm going to write is completely truthful 1. They never ever answer the phones 2. Maintenance never comes to the unit they switch out Maintenance workers every month it looks like 3. Parking sucks you can barely have visitors Your car will get towed 4. so much crime rate 5. office staff especially Derrick is very unfare will use always blame corporate for the decisions he has to make and you know he has the final say so but he will or won't even try to work with you and say it ... read more
This is my review.. been here 2 months things have improved only after we had to go to corporate. But the thing is, is the pool. It’s always locked and when I asked when it opens the concierge “Noah” said it is open during office hours and closes at 5:30 and not open on the weekends.. when I went today to go in it with my kids it was locked, walked in the office and the lady at the front desk didn’t know why and said she was gonna call maintenance, which why is that a maintenance problem? Had a great experience with both Terry and Wilkins(Maintenance). They came in and was able to fix our stove in a matter of minutes. Outstanding service. They are the best.
