Let’s start with this place is NOT WORTH LIVING HERE!!! First they don’t fix nothing at all I put work orders in and months later they come to fix . I failed inspection since I been here cause once again they don’t fix anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were paying market price for 3/2 due lack of availability for 2/2 or 2/1. The rent is super expensive to live in such poor conditions. There are shootings, drugs, violence, ROACH infested, lack of customer help, trash everywhere, they charge for everything, and no parking! Hello i would not recommend this community to anyone. My family moved here not even a month ago and it's been awful. The maintaining of the complex is horrible . The hallways are dirty The elevators are dirty and smelly. The pool hasn't been avaliable to use since we moved in. You can only use the pool while the office is open . What happens to those people that work and would like to swim after they get home ? So we pay for an amenity we cant use that is utterly redicules. Wilkins is awesome! It was almost 7pm and I caught him about to get off work. He still came and fixed my ac and my leaking fridge. We had been waiting for a while and despite him working by himself and about to go home he still helped and was extremely nice.
Drive to the apartments to inquire about availability and the process of applying. I applied for a unit the next day and failed to get any kind of response. I called several times and was redirected to a voicemail. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I reached out to corporate but no response. Emails are AI generated responses. I continued to get an error message for submission but the site took my money.
