This has been so disappointing. My family moved here from St. Petersburg , FL . We lost our previous home to Hurricane Milton. We were living in hotels for 9 months or so before we found this place. We were so excited to finally have a home again. Sadly, although there is a roof over our head , we still haven't been able to call it a home. We have been cleaning our apartment everyday since move in. It was given to us in way below par standard. Hello i would not recommend this community to anyone. My family moved here not even a month ago and it's been awful. The maintaining of the complex is horrible . The hallways are dirty The elevators are dirty and smelly. The pool hasn't been avaliable to use since we moved in. You can only use the pool while the office is open . What happens to those people that work and would like to swim after they get home ? So we pay for an amenity we cant use that is utterly redicules. I love my apartment, but residents pay so much money to live here, and the rent keeps increasing. However, the pool is always closed, (has been fully closed for a month) and you don’t have access to the gym unless you buy a gym card. I was never told any of this when moving in.
Wilkins,Terry, and Ed came to my apartment and fix everything that was on the list that needed to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely satisfied. I just want to give a shout out to all three of them for putting in a good work. Thank you guys for your hard work and putting a smile on my face for fixing everything on my work order list. I came to visit my friend this summer omg what is going on here i fear for my friends safty between the shooting and police everywhere SWAT thank god she moving soon the place is dirty hallway filthy pool always closed no patio furniture for people to sit on by the pool maintenance is horrible roaches everywhere i been seeing my friend look like a slave cleaning and fumigating herself with her money in the 3 weeks i spent i seen police 🚓 almost every weekend and at night I don't understand why this place looks like it cou... read more
