Deborah Adams was absolutely wonderful she and her staff repaired my carousel 🎠 pony rides music circuit board and did a wonderful fantastic job you can hear all the notes of the organ playing now

Good and attentive service. A wide array of devices that they can fix. They don’t seem to need a huge amount of information about components either. They obviously have highly experienced people. The first time I used them was to repair a circuit board for a steering computer on an SPMT. GES saved us $6200. There have been other repairs since. I’ve recommended them to all of our branches nationwide. Great job.

A company came to my workplace, took my air lift to provide a quote, and returned it broken three weeks later. The initial quote was excessively expensive, comparable to the cost of a new lifter. When I contacted them to discuss the issue, they were rude and hung up on me. terrible customer service!

Global Electronic Service has been a company that comes with me to each job I have worked in the past and present. They have amazing customer service and heck of a rebuild program. I get industrial parts fixed and turned around in a week, sometimes faster. They are always on top of any request and are very transparent.
