My experience at the Grove Park apartments has exceeded all my expectations. Jacqueline took her time to explain the lease, and go over policy and procedure. Daniel came over and introduced himself, an extremely pleasant manager. The Maintenance Supervisor showed me my apartment advance. I have lived in Grove Park for two years. In that time, I have struggled with many community issues. However, the maintenance staff is exceptionally supportive. Frank, Ray, and Matt truly care about helping my family. Work orders are always completed as soon as possible. The speed with which they are completed has improved significantly. We just moved in. We are so happy to call this place OUR HOME! The application process was long, a lot of paperwork and a lot of talking with the ladies from Concord wich were absolutely helpful and so kind on every call. I have to recommend Kayla Gordon, from the leasing office, who was the first person I talked on the phone when I found this community on Google. Get in with Jackie she is phenomenal best one yet very outgoing, friendly, kind and she made everything from the first day till the day we moved in very easy and understandable…. Give her a Raise a Big One because Never Meet Such A Great Person in this business love herrrr alreadyyy and very Relatable.
They gave me the key Friday the 30th of May I went inside for the first time and saw all this. I emailed maintenance June 1st and still didnt get anyone to come in.
