My experience at the Grove Park apartments has exceeded all my expectations. Jacqueline took her time to explain the lease, and go over policy and procedure. Daniel came over and introduced himself, an extremely pleasant manager. The Maintenance Supervisor showed me my apartment advance. The location is perfect – close to everything I need, including grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious with a modern kitchen and updated bathroom. I have been living here for over 7 years, and in my opinion, Frank and the maintenance team have been the best so far. Any requests I have gets taken care of right away. The office staff Jackie and Daniel always help me with any concerns I might have they are friendly and professional I have no complaints

We just moved in. We are so happy to call this place OUR HOME! The application process was long, a lot of paperwork and a lot of talking with the ladies from Concord wich were absolutely helpful and so kind on every call. I have to recommend Kayla Gordon, from the leasing office, who was the first person I talked on the phone when I found this community on Google. Find a place with better value. They raise rent every year by the hundreds. They claim its because of HUD median but I call BS because wages have not gone up. Only pricing. We make the same, why would Concord continually and annually increase rent like this to the point where it is almost unaffordable. And for what you get? The stairs and hallways are DISGUSTING and stained. They power wash maybe once a year and they never do everything, just the bottom floors. I want to give a big thank you to the management team at Grove Park Apartments: Daniel, Jackie, Frank , Matt and Ray. They're a great group of people and have helped me from move-in to throughout my time leasing here. Couldn't be more happy with the apartment.
