Find a place with better value. They raise rent every year by the hundreds. They claim its because of HUD median but I call BS because wages have not gone up. Only pricing. We make the same, why would Concord continually and annually increase rent like this to the point where it is almost unaffordable. And for what you get? The stairs and hallways are DISGUSTING and stained. They power wash maybe once a year and they never do everything, just the bottom floors. We just moved in. We are so happy to call this place OUR HOME! The application process was long, a lot of paperwork and a lot of talking with the ladies from Concord wich were absolutely helpful and so kind on every call. I have to recommend Kayla Gordon, from the leasing office, who was the first person I talked on the phone when I found this community on Google. This review is for the maintenance team, namely Frank who has been here since we started living here in May of 2023. We have certainly had various issues since then with the office team (always resolved through Dilcia 😊) but when we need something done on the maintenance level, Frank and many under his supervision have been knowledgeable, highly responsive, extremely respectful, and always willing to lend a hand! I had the best experience with Jackie it was a few bumps in the road but not with her she made me feel comfort from beginning of my process to the end. The day I finally met her in person to sign my lease I just had to hug her and thank her from the bottom of my heart. I would like to give a big shout out to the maintenance crew. They are phenomenal Mr. Frank (supervisor ) Mr. Mathew and Mr. Ramond, these gentlemen go old and beyond to make it work really hold it down out here a team of three and this is a large complex, but these gentlemen are always on point Speedy service, very polite and attentive !
