I am a mortgage lender and I needed some info very quickly to save a loan and get it closed on time. Tammey was AMAZING! She was responsive and always got me what I needed immediately. Most companies do not cooperate for days, she was literally minutes each time. We were able to save the loan!
Our 2024 BOD hired Harbeck Hospitality and how grateful we are that they did. We hired Harbeck hospitality last year to manage our COA at 880 Mandalay in Clearwater. They have poor communication and they want everything to be automated. They have no sense of community. They only want to use their "preferred" vendors. They have lots of little money grabs. When you want to sell your unit they want $500 for the transfer letter.
