I am a Canadian resident and I own a condo in Waterside North community in St-Petersburg FL. I had the opportunity to communicate by email and by phone with Jena Gershon this week regarding a concern that I had about some repairs to be done. I must say that Jena who is our managing associate in our community was very fast to contact me by phone following my email and she has showed a very good understanding of my problem and was able to reassure me perfectly with my concern.
