Larry Birtchett is amazing—patient and knowledgeable. He answered each of my questions regarding the demonstrative window model, materials, installation timeline, and warranty. He also made cost-efficient recommendations for my budget. Will certainly be recommending Homestar Remodeling to my friends. Installation was quick. They team cleaned the area afterwards, too. They even rehung my blinds. And the windows look great!

Homestar Remodeling completed window replacement, siding and gutters on our home. They did a fantastic job! They showed up when they said they would show up and completed the job in the timeframe stated when we signed the contract. The contractors were very pleasant and obviously worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Also, when I had questions, managers were easy to reach. We would definitely use them again.

We were really considering using this company to have our windows redone, until this morning. Before I continue, I will say Chandler was very knowledgeable and pleasant when he came by to give us an estimate. Our issue was with whomever called us back today to follow up. We had expressed previously that we would not be making any decisions until 2026. Whoever called us back was very rude, pushy, and asked if they could stop by again tonight to "re-run" the numbers. They did an excellent job on my siding. Quality products and great communication. They were not pushy or aggressive when getting the estimate like some I've dealt with. When they sent someone after installation to review, I showed him a couple small areas that needed attention, and he took care of them right away. I'm not great with names, but everyone was very professional and kind. The only con is that I wished they would have told me to remove pictures, etc from my walls, because a couple fell. The gentleman that introduced me to Homestar Remodeling windows was very professional and guided me through a very well presented review of the product. I credit him for my choosing to purchase the windows as I was not previously planning to. The windows were installed last week-and I am VERY pleased. One screen was damaged and I am still waiting for that to be replaced, but have full confidence it will be soon
