Only ever had an evaluation done through Hopebridge (February 2024), and decided after our walk through this was not a fit for my child. They are currently charging my insurance for services they never saw my child for (whole month of April). Walking through the facility everyone one was on tablets, "therapists" and clients. No one was interacting with the children. It just felt like an insurance scam to collect funds. We ran, didn't walk, away from this center. After receiving a diagnosis, we waited 7 months for an evaluation for services. They seem helpful on the surface. If your child is under 5 years old, it might be a good fit.

I highly recommend if your child is in need of ABA therapy. They have done so much for my child!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst place to have had my child in. I had my kid in here for almost 2 years. They ignore your request, you express your concern and they brush it off, tell you that your child is the problem and state that your child needs a psychological eval (needs done in 2 weeks apparently) rather than assessing changes made at the facility. I would NEVER recommend this place, they belittle the parents and the moment you be an advocate for your kid you’re told you’re in breech of “parent code conduct”. ... read more

This clinic has knowledgeable BCBAs leading the ABA treatment for their patients. The facility is wonderful. The CM and ACM are super friendly and helpful!
