Don't park here if you value your vehicle. I have a larger truck so paid online for premium parking for an upcoming trip. When I arrived to jiffy all premium was sold out, I then tried the regular parking side and also no spots. Finally after 30 min of driving around an employee was finally seen. I told him there weren't any spots left and I have a truck, he then moved two cones by where there busses park and said to park there, as skeptical as I was because my truck stuck really far out, but my flight was coming soon so I ... read more

We've parked several times here without issue. However on the morning of 6/27/24 we met a driver who drove to where we parked in an empty shuttle, and instead of letting us on the shuttle when he opened the doors, he told us to walk to the front lobby area to wait. 5 min later he picked us up at the lobby area and then told us we weren't supposed to park at the north side of the lot, even though there were no signs to direct new incoming customers to the south side. The workers seem to try, but appear to lack resources to operste effectively. I don't recommend parking unless you dont mind potentially waiting a long time to and from the airport. There seem to be very few shuttles running as we almost missed our flight on the way out due to sexuroty being logner than expected and waiting a long time on the shuttle in the lot after parking (~20min). I would give this place minus 5 stars if I could. We almost missed our plane because the shuttle driver left us in the parking lot for like 20 minutes, then comes back to pick us up along with more people than the bus would hold. There were people standing because it was so overcrowded. That part was frustrating but not worth a negative review. The real reason for a negative review is when we returned to our vehicle after 2 weeks out of town, the back window had been busted out, and the rear wiper arm broken. There wasn't an... read more
