If I could give less stars i would. I booked and prepaid on my credit card, my trip got changed and I came back a week early. When I picked up my car the receipt said they were refunding money I called because it never went back on my card. I kept getting told a manager would call me and now noone will answer the phone. This was a business trip I paid for out of pocket and now I can't even expense it since the receipt said they gave me money back. This place is sketchy.
Very Happy to find this lot by SeaTac! We stayed one night at the Country Inn next door and parked at Jiffy for 8 days with our flight out of SEA. Got a good price online. Decent lot. Shuttle was good and driver was nice.
A friend of mine put me onto this parking place. So, every time I travel, I park my car here. They are safe, and the service is great with catching their shuttle to and from the airport. Their prices are usually less than others, too. I would recommend them to all.
Don't park here if you value your vehicle. I have a larger truck so paid online for premium parking for an upcoming trip. When I arrived to jiffy all premium was sold out, I then tried the regular parking side and also no spots. Finally after 30 min of driving around an employee was finally seen. I told him there weren't any spots left and I have a truck, he then moved two cones by where there busses park and said to park there, as skeptical as I was because my truck stuck really far out, but my flight was coming soon so I ... read more
This is the only parking lot we will leave our car in when we're traveling. Easy experience; all you do is pay on the app, scan the app when you get to the front gate, and then get on the shuttle. Super easy and totally worth it.
