My mother recently had a one week rehabilitation stay at King David's memory unit. She experienced excellent care and had very responsive/professional support. We are thankful that the Menorah Park tradition stands

If there was a star lower than 1 that's what I would I would give them. Thank gd I pulled my grandmother out! They have zero staff, 1 nurse to 20 patients...the food is disgusting, the care is horrendous since King David took over and the management/accounting is the WORST ever. I encourage people to get their loved ones out ASAP!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I hear tails of a time when they were a good facility. Their managers do not return calls, ever! My mother would wait over an hour to get help when pressing her emergency call button.

I gave this place one star because there is not a lower rating. The quality and standard of "care" is appalling. Residents are often in soiled undergarments for upwards of 12 hours! Charts and care orders are not followed. Basic needs such as water to drink, teeth brushing and hand washing are not being met. Call buttons are answered in 30-45 mins. Staff will not answer the phone if family calls. Save your loved one and don't send them here!!

My mom hasn't had a show in a week. Housekeeping is no where to be found. Bathroom has not been cleaned, waiting all day for them to come clean her bathroom and to give her a shower. Health department will be called.
