EDIT: not sure why owner would ask for me to send an email & then never reply to email sent. Added more photos of the devastation this has caused my family. To the $400 rug I had to throw away, the $200 rug, due to baby roaches being inside whenever I unrolled the rug. The brand new vacuum I bought (roaches all on the inside) The brand new upholstery cleaner, the kuerig, my couches, all in the trash due to roaches or roach droppings being in items. This is a beautiful place to live!! The staff, including maintenance and office personal have been amazing! I've had to have maintenance fix a couple of things, and they are always cordial and efficient! I love my home! Thank you maintenance and all staff for the GREAT job you do!
A star only due to posting this review. This apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves. The toilets have mold, the grounds are disgusting to say the least, there are cracks all over the ceiling in my apartment, a colony of ants living in the breezeway, lack of attention. I moved here in November 2024 and January 2025 they sent me a letter about HUD income changes and a sly attempt to keeping residents here by extending the lease terms into 2026. We moved in 3 months ago and I have to say that I’m very pleased with the staff at the leasing office. Lucia and Tatyana are always available to listen if I have a concern or question. Cord and Nick in maintenance are always on the go around the community getting things done . Very professional and respectful. Corridors are clean and premises, at least in the senior building where I live are well kept. Neighbors are nice and I haven’t had a problem with parking. I recommend this place
The physical apartment we're in is relatively nice however that's only saying we've made it home to the best of our ability. Maintenance is a completely different story. They're like a little soy-boy-club and if you're not in it you're out. Constantly harassing people over the silliest & most assigning things. Backing into your parking spot-ILLEGAL/WINDOW STICKER.
