DO NOT MOVE HERE. COMPLETE SCAM. Absolutely, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. First they charged me $270.00 for 2 days of electricity even though I had the account transferred to my name before we even got the keys to the apartment. Then they are forcing me to sign a paper that says I make MORE money than I make. I refused and now they want to try and evict me. I guess I have to hire a lawyer now. DO NOT MOVE HERE. COMPLETE SCAM
One of the absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in!! The people working in the office treat you like you’re stupid. They treated to tow your cars if they have a flare tire because they have “standards” but they don’t make people clean up after their dogs? Or take the trash out in the public trash cans? You can’t walk through the grass at all in this place because they’re is dog poop everywhere. They never restock the poop bags. The trash cans are almost always overflowing. I applied for an apartment with a dependent. I was told the non-refundable fee is $90 dollars, yet they asked for $390 ($300 dollar being a hold fee). They asked for a form my dependent did not own and could not provide because the federal government could not give it to her, and based on that, they refused to process my application. I was the main white applicant responsible for the full rent and my dependent was a non-white female adult which was stated on the application. What a great experience! This is my first time renting and living in an apartment. Saul was so helpful and walked me thru everything. He gladly answered all of my questions. The apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had all the information I needed to get my utilities connected. Very beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable apartment complex. Love all the amenities that come with it. Especially the track around the lake in the evening. So far I have had nothing but a 5 star experience!!!
