The property is in a great location. I wish the landscaping was better kept in the doggie park area and mowing and edging. Our tiny dogs can't compete with the foot tall grasses and weeds. Office personnel are very kind and eager to help. I'm looking forward to a happy stay.
Moved in after Lakeview Pointe Apartments opened, so happy to have a new beautiful apartment with all the modern appliances and fixtures, granet counters, laminate floors, great windows, celling fans, and spacious rooms. The Clubhouse has opened and all amenities are available for our enjoyment! Our manager Ms. Delia goes above and beyond for us, and office staff works effeciently together. I love Rachel and Lillian in the office! They go above and beyond with anything I call about! These two ladies care and are a blessing to have! Our Maintenance, which is Chuck and his coworker ( I forgot his name, I AM SO SORRY!) are the best! I love this place! It is home and the people that live here are so nice and this is the best place to live!
I have been a resident at Lakeview Pointe-Rowlett for two years. First I'll mention repairs and maintenance then office and lease renewal. Delays on getting repairs done, when I first moved into the apartment I didn't have an A/C vent in my bedroom. Maintenance man said they covered it up with Sheetrock. After making a 2' square hole, he said since it was just a duct and he would have to get a vent from the contractor. It took 3 weeks. I lived at Lakeview Pointe for 2 years, this was my experience. I have only good things to say about Lilian, Chuck and Claudio they are all very helpful and do a great job. The rest however…The security gates never worked, neither did most of the exterior lighting around the perimeter of the property so it’s very dark around the property in the evenings, not ideal when you have a dog or have to go somewhere after sundown.
