I love Rachel and Lillian in the office! They go above and beyond with anything I call about! These two ladies care and are a blessing to have! Our Maintenance, which is Chuck and his coworker ( I forgot his name, I AM SO SORRY!) are the best! I love this place! It is home and the people that live here are so nice and this is the best place to live!
Rachel in the office is the most kind and helpful person I have encountered! I visited over a dozen senior apartments and she is the only one who truly cared and helped us get into an apartment quickly going out of her way and being available to help at anytime!
No security measures are in place. Received the gate opener in April 2024 but they are still not working. I have lived here since 5/2022 and amenities pool finally finished in 9/2024 and club house and gym has not been set up since I’ve moved in. There are homeless people living in the ditch all Chesia rd. I’ve seen a couple walking around the complex. I have enjoyed living in this complex .The staff is extremely helpful and always available.It is perfect for my needs.The management is spot on ! And the maintenance crew goes beyond the call to be helpful .I feel I have the family here that I feel safe and secure .Everything is maintained above my expectations . I hope to be here for long time ! Thank you for all you do for me .
Please strongly consider moving here. First of all management is HORRIBLE! He's never asked the residents for ideas and what they feel comfortable with He's very unprofessional. He has ZERO respect for most residents! The property has been open a year and still NO amenities! The property is not kept up. There is only one maintenance person.
