I had an issue with the garage disposal. I put in a work order and to my surprise, it was fixed immediately. Barbosa was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. We had a great conversation while he worked. I’m totally impressed with Barbosa. Definitely a great representative for Concord Rents.

Finally someone that was able to fix the A/C issues in our apartment. He also took the time to discuss with us other fixes, coming soon. Barbosa explained to us what no one had in almost two years living here. Amazing service, honest and diligent. Barbosa, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Highly satisfied with my AC unit and my master sink being clogged. Barbosa went out of his way to check the 2nd bathroom sink, that didn't have any issues, but cleaned it anyways and it's working better too! Thank you!

Barbosa from maintenance was very professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the issue. He was quick to fix the problem. Kristialin Quinones, Asst. She guided me through the entire process, was very empathetic, and made me feel at home. *Overall Satisfaction* I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Barbosa and Kristialin. They have exceeded my expectations and made my experience with the apartment complex truly exceptional!
