I have used the service several times and each time they provide the same level of excellent service. If you are coming in from the airport, they follow your flight and are aware of any changes or delays. The driver is always there waiting for you; they are very personable and professional. I will be using the service again.

I’ve been using this car service for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. They’re always reliable- I never have to worry about a driver being late or not showing up. All the drivers are friendly and professional, and I always feel completely safe and comfortable on every ride. It really makes a difference knowing I can count on them whether it’s for an early morning airport run or a late-night pickup. Great service all around!
Great experience with LB Limo. Had a brand new Escalade with Fiji water, mints and chargers for all passengers. Drivers were very professional and courteous. We requested a car seat and a booster for our kids and these were already installed when we were picked up. Will definitely use them again, next time we’re in LA!
