Roshan, Justin are absolutely wonderful and responsive. They get 5 stars easily because they made my move in smooth. They are quickly responsive when it comes to repairs. The Google stars is definitely not a reflection of their work. It’s the gnats for me. The gnats are horrible. They have to do something about this infestation. I am greatful to live at Lexington Court Apartments. I love my apartment, it is beautiful, very spacious with a wonderful patio. The location is perfect accessible to everywhere. The manager, Ms Steven's is working very hard to update the property and take care of our maintenance issues. Donavan and Louie from Concord quickly repaired my A/C and Heating unit. Douglas, our maintenance man repaired my toilet so fast, he is a wonderful addition. Many thanks to all of you.
MS. ROSHAAA!!!.., My Unsolicited & Unbiased experience w| the leasing manager here. Truthfully and Honestly I must give recognition to Ms. Rosha at Lexington Court Apartments. This woman single-handedly went above & beyond for me in the most professional and sophisticated way possible. She explained to me the process she helped me fill out the application. Set two tours so far for days the door says they are open last week yall where open for friday since you where closed Monday I set another tour for today now the door says y’all are only open Tuesday and Thursday… hours are inconsistent and when leaveing a messgae for the office no one calls back and we see there’s availability for your complex but no one is ever in the office
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! I’ve lived in many places, I’ve lived in some of the worst ghettos, but this place is one of the worst. There is a horrible roach infestation that they refuse to actually take care of. There are homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. We found used needles right outside the complex doors, a HUMAN defecated and then left it in the stairwell (obviously a human).
