Update: This place would be your nightmare! Lexington Court Apartments are a nightmare come true. Last night I went out to take out my trash and to my surprise the parking garage was roped off due to a dead body. This is the second shooting I know about. One of my neighbors sons were paralyzed due to getting shot following a noise complaint… look it up on google you will see. Roshan, Justin are absolutely wonderful and responsive. They get 5 stars easily because they made my move in smooth. They are quickly responsive when it comes to repairs. The Google stars is definitely not a reflection of their work. It’s the gnats for me. The gnats are horrible. They have to do something about this infestation. Last March I was about to get a 7-Day notice for not completing my renewal. I had lost my phone and did it have an email, my paperwork was showing my earnings was out of date and not good. The angel in the office Roshan helped me with all that. Everyday she goes above and beyond at Lexington she is a keeper. Douglas the maintenance supervisor help me with my thermostat it went out on a Saturday evening. Roshan is the she is very professional. I have been here for almost 4 years and she actually walls the property and solves issues and helpful always. Doug the maintenance is very good too.
Roshan the property manager is the best. She is not just there to do a job. She empathizes with the people that live in the building. She understands that life is hard out here and some people just need a lil help and understanding.
