Roshan, Justin are absolutely wonderful and responsive. They get 5 stars easily because they made my move in smooth. They are quickly responsive when it comes to repairs. The Google stars is definitely not a reflection of their work. It’s the gnats for me. The gnats are horrible. They have to do something about this infestation. There are 2 nasty smelling elevators. Always trash in lobby area, hallways and inside elevators. Marijuana and cigarette smell inside a so called non-smoking Apt building. Fruit flies and bugs/roaches are present in and around the Apts and worst of all there are no maintenance workers present to full-fill any maintenance request. It's been months since we submitted maintenance requests and we're still waiting! What a nightmare!!!.We're not section 8 tenants. We pay for rent, including maintenance every month we live here. MS. ROSHAAA!!!.., My Unsolicited & Unbiased experience w| the leasing manager here. Truthfully and Honestly I must give recognition to Ms. Rosha at Lexington Court Apartments. This woman single-handedly went above & beyond for me in the most professional and sophisticated way possible. She explained to me the process she helped me fill out the application. Roshan the property manager is the best. She is not just there to do a job. She empathizes with the people that live in the building. She understands that life is hard out here and some people just need a lil help and understanding.
My auntie moved to Lexington and although she had a long application process, Roshan and Doug made it worthwhile. The manager Roshan was very nice and understanding and had ALOT of patience with my auntie lol and maintenance supervisor Doug made sure that everything was in working condition.
