Mark Rago and his entire staff are extremely professional and caring. From the minute my Mom passed they were there for us. They were extremely caring when they came to pick Mom up. Mark is the most gentle and caring person at a time when you need that. His staff were there for us, whatever we needed, they provided, effortlessly. The services were beautiful. To start: Mark Rago my apologies for the delay here. My Mother Dorothy A Scarduzio died peacefully in Nov 2015 after decades of health related issues. The professionals at Monti-Rago Funeral home provided a beautiful dress and shoes. I wish I could give Monti Rago way more than five stars. Words could never express the wonderful kindness, compassion, care, love, and professionalism Mark, Dominic, Jake, and Nico showed to my family during my grandmother’s passing. Monti Rago is full of professional individuals. They have made this difficult process seem less for us as a family. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated with the handling of my mother’s remains. They arrived quickly after our call and handled my mother with the utmost dignity. They handled arranging an appointment with an out of state cemetery and provided everything that was needed without having to ask. I would highly recommend Dominic and Mark Rago.
