I've lived here for 6 years & aside from the apartments being pretty inside with the multiple bedrooms & bathrooms & a few of the ex maintenance workers who used to work here which names I don't recall were great at their job, & currently Rene Moreno, the only maintenance man I see working very hard which is unfair & he's only 1 person but he's also a great worker! The leasing office is so difficult to work with when you need something but when it comes to payments they are all here for you. The communication is here needs serious work. The pool is ALWAYS CLOSED. You are forced to get an “optional” cable/internet plan that is $171 a month when you don’t even need it. So MANY hidden fees. The kids run around and make the complex dirty, they do nothing about it. I have had mold issues since I moved in, had to get rid of furniture & use a commercial humidifier. I lived in this community for three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff here are incredibly unreliable, and on most occasions, the office is closed during posted hours. If you need assistance, good luck trying to get in touch with anyone. In addition to the poor service, several amenities come with additional fees, which feels excessive. You can't get anything to be fixed promptly and have no one to help or talk to if there's an issue. The office is never open, and if they are, they can't help you. I've been living there for the past 12 years but the last 5 to 6 years have been the worst with management and getting any type of assistance s. And now, to pay rent on the website that they want to pay on, you are being charged an extra 50 bucks, and the method doesn't even work, and no one knows why.
