I lived in this community for three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff here are incredibly unreliable, and on most occasions, the office is closed during posted hours. If you need assistance, good luck trying to get in touch with anyone. In addition to the poor service, several amenities come with additional fees, which feels excessive. You can't get anything to be fixed promptly and have no one to help or talk to if there's an issue. The office is never open, and if they are, they can't help you. I've been living there for the past 12 years but the last 5 to 6 years have been the worst with management and getting any type of assistance s. And now, to pay rent on the website that they want to pay on, you are being charged an extra 50 bucks, and the method doesn't even work, and no one knows why.

Absolutely terrible place to rent at. The apartment had mold in it when we lived there for 3 years and we told them about it and they never did anything about it every time we told them. They also had the whole apartment infested with roaches everywhere. And they never fixed anything when we let the know if something stopped working

Nadjel is very nice, courteous. She was very helpful in the whole process. The apartment complex is well maintained.
