I am extremely disappointed with NAM. They completely ignored the facts in my PFL case and sided with the insurance carrier and the restaurant, no matter what evidence I provided. This is pure madness and completely unfair. They are supposed to be neutral, but in reality, they showed clear bias. Arbitrator on my cas is Jennifer Herscovici, she is the worst be aware of her. BE WARNED> GEICO has NAM in their pocket. IF YOU ARE ARBITRATING AGAINST GEICO STAY AWAY !! I was in total shock during my arbitration hearing as I watched the so called "neutral" that NAM calls their arbitrator, totally leading and propping up the GEICO attorney who was so totally unprepared and clueless. I have had two awful experiences with NAM when GEICO is the carrier. There is a special "GEICO approved" list of arbitrators. Read between the lines. After the arbitration, they increase the cost of the arbitration with additional costs to the plaintiff. I am trying to determine if GEICO is also assessed with those costs or if the costs are just lumped onto the plaintiff's bill.
Nice office, lots of parking space. Private meeting rooms for the parties, snack and coffee. The judge was tuned into the facts of the case and handled the negotiations very proffesional. Although this case wasnt resolved, I highly recommend the services of this office.
Went there to get my phone repaired the only place that had the little piece of glass that coverage d camera lens
