National Floors Direct did an outstanding job replacing our carpeted floor with laminate flooring. Dan our sales rep. gave us the best possible pricing available. Dan was on time for our appointment and on target meeting our needs. The professional technicians who laid our floors were efficient and effective and completed the job expeditiously. I am very pleased with my entire experience working with National Floors Direct. They came to my home with all the samples, provided a price that beat 3 other competitors, and were very flexible in allowing me to choose the install date. The install team was very professional - checking in with me prior to the install date, providing the details on what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare for the install.
