The installers were professional, the installation was done well, the area supervisor was easy to reach by phone, responsive and addressed every concern to my complete satisfaction. This was the second time I have used National Floors Direct, I recommend and will use them again. The salesperson was timely, professional and knowledgeable. i got 3 rooms of floors done with National Floors Direct. first off the crew showed up on time, the installer worked hard all the time. His floor cuts and installation fit together perfect. He cleaned up as he went from area to area so there was no big mess. He did it all in one day. Everything went so smooth i have just set up with them to do 2 more rooms the end of this month. They were all good people to deal with.
