All four steps were efficient and therefore excellent. The rep National Floors sent to my house for measurements was quick, competent and made the payment registration easy to understand. The installers who installed the carpet were also quick, moved even the heaviest furniture, reassembling and assembling pieces, and had the room as it was before. National Floors Direct did a great job with my new carpet and floor installation. Everyone was very professional, the sales lady, the installers and the people that I talked to on the phone. The service was done flawlessly. I received a $25 Amazon gift card. I highly recommend this company for carpet and floor installation.
