The guy came in and gave me my estimate. He was so funny and polite. I told them I needed it done after I was done painting but before my party I was having and they were able to come the exact day I needed them to come. The woman on the phone to confirm my appointment was very helpful in answering my questions. Im very pleased and we are enjoying our new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.
National Floors Direct did a great job on our floors! The installers were great. They arrived on time and reviewed my order before they started anything. They moved and replaced the furniture that I wasn't able to move on my own. Once the job was done they cleaned everything up and reviewed everything with me to make sure that it was completed the way I expected. We contacted national florist direct and Mike Noonie came and gave us a great presentation. Even though I have decided, but he waited an extra 40 minutes for my wife to come home so that we can all be on an agreement.
