Our experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the first step to the last. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was able to provide us with a beautiful product within our budget. Installation was quick and convenient. We used NFD a year ago and loved the job they did. We are welcoming a new baby in just a few weeks and NFD were amazing with getting her room done. They were very fair priced as well. Flawless with the time line and the product is perfect. We will be using them again as we continue to finish the rest of the house. Highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with the company from setting up a free consultation, discussing our needs and decision with the sales representative who helped us make the best decision for our lifestyle, to the installation team who were prompt, respectful, and finished in great time leaving no mess behind. We will be working with this company again very soon. All around great customer service and products! They also send you a gift card as they promised, it gets no better than that! Thank you!
