I am very happy with my experience using National Floors Direct for my flooring project. From my free home estimate with sales rep Ryan through the actual installation, everything was great! Ryan was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He provided several floor samples for my choosing and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. We contacted National Floors Direct after getting a quote from another major outlet for installation of carpets in two rooms. Their representative scheduled a visit for the site survey. They showed up at the exact time scheduled and spent an hour explaining their product and the superior warranty. They measured the rooms and, true to their word, and presented us with a quote that was 15% lower than our original estimate. NFD is an amazing company. From beginning to end the experience was seamless. The rep was patient and very helpful. Very respectful. The installation process was so smooth. The installation team were respectful of my property. And my kitchen looks amazing. Going to use them again in the near future. You won’t be disappointed

I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t have quarter round place in the kitchen. So I had to go out and buy trim for the baseboard. Otherwise, the service was great. The technicians were very professional and very clean. I really love the floors made A big difference in the atmosphere of my home. The price Was great , I don’t think anyone could have made it any better.

I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know much about the company, but I wanted to give them a try. I was very satisfied. They were very professional , the installer was as professional And explained everything I made sure I got what I wanted. They are the experts. The carpet looks great.
