National Floors Direct did an excellent job installing the floors in my mother-in-law’s home. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. My mother-in-law is Deaf, and the team was incredibly flexible and thoughtful, especially when she needed to remain at home during the installation—something that understandably made their work more challenging.
