Overall, I'd give this hotel a 7/10. The ocean view from the balcony was great, and the location is hard to beat. It's within easy walking distance of Ocean Drive, has direct beach access, and features a restaurant and bar on-site. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, parking was convenient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay. Great location ocean front near many shops at walking distance. Parking on the front, side and across the street. Family friendly. 3 elevators. Indoor and outdoor pools. The kids also enjoyed the lazy river. I paid for oceanfront and unfortunately didn’t have a complete view due to palm trees, but that’s nature, oh well. Ceramic tile and white sheets are a plus. What a dump. Room 1010 was dirty and very out dated. We had blood stains in the bed and the air conditioner wasn't working. The man at the front desk moved us to a new room but the ac was off so now its midnight and we had to cool off the new room. They had no extra pillows. That was night one.... we still have another night left. Update: moved to a new room night 1, i can say that the air conditioner is not strong, at least in the suites. Ok first The service is awesome! The gentleman at the front desk was just so friendly and welcoming and helpful. It’s hard to find people like that these days. I hope they keep him and realize how lucky they are to have someone who cares! Secondly the rooms clean and spacious. The whole place is clean and well kept. This hotel used to be a nice place by the beach. Now it's dated and needs major renovations. I reserved a king-sized bed and got two twin beds. This is clearly not what I booked Online. The lady at the front desk looked through her computer screens for about five minutes. I'm not sure if she was looking for rooms or playing Angry Birds.
