The room was very clean! We came right after the busy season, the week after Labor Day, so it was quiet. The only concern I had was with the hard pillows and even though I like a firm mattress, it was on the hard side. Finally the air conditioner unit was located in a locked closet right beside the bed and was loud!! I’m a light sleeper so this bothered me, especially after getting up through the night for a bathroom trip. The unit doesn’t run long, but very frequently especially when set on a low temperature.

If you have no standards and expectations, this hotel might be a good place for you to stay. We booked oceanfront suite and as fancy as it sounds, it's far from it. The room was horrible. The main bedroom is literally in the hallway so you hear all the noise and obnoxious people who come at 3am ot 4am from night life and are extremely loud. The AC unit is in the wall where you sleep and sounds as plane taking off. We were party of 4 and literally nobody could sleep. Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. Frederick was off the chain wonderful to us. Erica was so attentive to every need we had. Miss Mary was wonderful at check-in. Barry fair great accommodations at very very fair prices with stay there over and over again.

2 nights will run you 635 after taxes. The lazy river is dirty. Had some stuff all over the bottom felt slimy. On check out they tried to say I smoked in room. I don't smoke lmao. Never have in my life. Was also very hard to get a parking pass. They never gave me one at check in and once I went to my room and unloaded. I came back down and the lady at the desk said you musta dropped it. I said no maam you never handed me one. Just alittle petty argument. Will never go back

Booked an ocean front room for 2 nights on Expedia. The picture given us showed a room with a full ocean view. Walked in and on our left was the reception desk. The young girl with long black hair in a pony tail and an older guy behind the reception counter just stared at us. NO greeting!!! We approached the girl to check in. She asked for ID from my wife, took the ID and made a copy without telling her. My wife asked why she copied it; if that was secure to do that because of the potential risks, like identity theft. ... read more
