The Pompa Program has been such a gift. Since starting, my nausea is gone, swelling has improved, and I only had one migraine last month--which is huge for me. My digestion is better, and I haven't had any issues with nasal or sinus congestion, which used to be constant. One of the biggest changes has been learning to slow down and reprioritize my life.
