Too Many Hands I had an appt for a recall and was told on the phone it would only take 5 mins and even went into details of what had to be done, I got there and was told it would take over an hour and my appt was for 2:00 not 3:30 like I was told over the phone. I gave the customer service rep the day and time of the phone call so she could go back to the tape to listen bc I know what I was told. I had to leave early from work for this. Great Experience Ed was incredibly helpful. I had some unique feature requests and he managed the challenge like a champ. He stayed late to ensure everything was covered and we had all the details of our new car. Ed didn’t at all have your stereotypical salesman personality, he was very easy going, friendly, and great to work with. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him to friends and family.
Above and Beyond Ed Pavlica went above and beyond to make my auto purchasing experience a rewarding, happy one. Routine oil change The level of customer service was amazing. I walk with a cane and was treated as someone special. When my car was returned to me parked on the street, the customer service representative followed me outside and walked me to my car. Because of people like her, I can proceed to live a normal life.
