Good repair but could be smarter at business Despite being a longtime customer, the service manager and the owners did not respond to my polite letter or emails about honoring their own advertised discount offer. Good business sense would have been to keep the customer happy, especially for something that would have taken very little effort and would have guaranteed that I would continue to come back to them.
