I've been paying them 11 months' rent, along with a $1,000 deposit that they haven't returned even though I handed the apartment over in perfect condition. They don't answer their cell phones or emails. You'll lose everything with them. Update. 11/12/25. Don't lie. I've emailed you, called you on your cell phone, and you don't answer. Don't you think it's too much patience to wait more than a year for my money? Update: As of February 22, 2026, my security deposit from over two years ago has not been returned to me.
Great company with strong values and a commitment to resident satisfaction. They develop quality housing and maintain their communities well. Highly recommend.
My experience with RISE Residential has been very positive. The team is communicative, reliable, and consistently professional.
They will go through every possible vendor but not pay any of them. Quality Service of Texas did their interior apartments paints and housekeeping from 2022-2023 but they never paid any bills. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in corporate and the managers on site claim they’re limited on what they can do. Hoping I can get a response here, since no one will answer the phones or return calls. As a vendor, I've never had to read reviews before agreeing to do work at a property. They really acted like they were going to pay, kept asking for the invoices, sent POs, etc. Here we are almost a year later no payment received. Over $30k owed to us. Now the property manager won't pick up the phone.I'm sure they've pocketed the money from the insurance company once the work was completed.
