Hoping I can get a response here, since no one will answer the phones or return calls. As a vendor, I've never had to read reviews before agreeing to do work at a property. They really acted like they were going to pay, kept asking for the invoices, sent POs, etc. Here we are almost a year later no payment received. Over $30k owed to us. Now the property manager won't pick up the phone.I'm sure they've pocketed the money from the insurance company once the work was completed. They do not pay contractors. We(Semper Fi Striping) did work for them in August and still have not been paid. It is now January. They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! VENDORS BEWARE! EVERY REVIEW IS TRUTHFUL. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. THEY DRAG IT OUT THROUGH THE COURTS KNOWING THAT A SMALL BUSINESS CAN'T AFFORD THE LIGATION FEES. THEY PREY ON SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS!

Finally got paid but in installments. They refuse to pay any late fees. Such a dishonest company. They hire contractors to come work on their properties but don't pay them. Stay away from this company. They will take your money.

They DO NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS!! YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT LIENS ON PROPERTIES TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY!!
