Finally got paid but in installments. They refuse to pay any late fees. Such a dishonest company. They hire contractors to come work on their properties but don't pay them. Stay away from this company. They will take your money.
PLEASE THINK BEFORE LEASING AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!! It has been 8 months since my lease ended/moved out and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT! Apartment and headquarters management DO NOT CARE and will stop responding to you.
I live in one of your dilapidated, roach infested properties. We have called several times over many major issues here. You are slumlords
UPDATE: I called today to see if possibility the money order magically appeared. NOPE and this time she told me I need to keep up with my money lol this company is outrageous she's very upset about the review however it's the TRUTH, word for word.
