Great place to be at...Kaylie was amazing at the front desk..had no problem answering questions and gave me and my wife a tour right away..She ran the application and background immediately and we was moved in within 48 hours..the apartment is amazing and we're enjoying every bit of it...plus can't go wrong with the move In special they had..we plan on staying for awhile now plus quiet at night and great environment..thank yall so much
ROACH INFESTED AND MOLD IN 75% OF THE UNITS.. BED BUGS...TRASHY COMPLEX GROUNDS THEY NEVER CLEAN UP THE TRASH... MAINTENANCE IS RUDE, SLOW, LAZY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL... CORPORATE AND FRONT OFFICE TREATS RESIDENTS LIKE TRASH BECAUSE WE ARE ELDERLY..HAVE A DISABILITY OR ON HOUSING...THEY DONT RESPECT US AS TENETS BECAUSE WE GET HELP FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THEY TREAT US LIKE IT...THEY TELL US THAT WE SHOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE A PLACE TO EVEN LIVE...YES THE UNITS MIGHT BE REMODELED FOR THE NAKED EYE TO SEE BUT BEHIND THE WALLS AR... read more
I lived here for just over a year, and my god was it absolutely horrible. This place was the first apartment my wife and I ever moved into. We were reeled in by the low price and new renovations, along with the free TV for signing a lease. (Thankfully we got ours, but most of the people I have spoken with did not.) Management changed at LEAST four times in the time we were there, and each time it got worse. Management was never there, never answered the phones, totally MIA. Hello, all I'm going to say is the office is never open it looks like. I call and they never answer I stop by during open hours and they leave the office door unlocked! With no agent inside! I have been inquiring about my lease sign on TV for weeks and haven't received it I have asked about my move in checklist and haven't received it, have asked for my mail key and haven't received it!
