I’ve stayed at this hotel twice because of its convenient location near the airport, but unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. First stay: The room lacked proper upkeep. The kettle was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest—it had greasy stains and even smelled of instant noodles. When I asked for a replacement (as I needed hot water for my infant’s food), I was told it could only be provided after 10 pm, which was completely unhelpful at the time. Stayed for one night. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms look like student dorms, kitchen and fridge and stove... and room had dishwasher and laundry machine (and dryer) too! Pretty quiet and AC worked great. The front desk staff seem really bored with their job. They don't have ice, so bring your own. Checkout was quick, and decent parking. Overall, good!

This place was absolutely disgusting. When we first walked in the man had an airpod in talking to someone (Who I assume was one of his friends) while he is checking us in. We end up getting our room, once we enter, we record everything because I felt a bad vibe. The chairs had stains and crumbs all over them, the couch had stains all over it, and the bed had pubes on it. We called the front desk and told them about the issue. Good value for the money! Great location; close to key attractions and downtown. We recently stayed there 3 nights with 3 kids. The room was very clean and service was amazing. Daily cleaning services were beyond our expectations. In-room laundry made our stay smooth. The receptionst, Aman, was fantastic. He was so helpful, professional and polite. Overall we had a great experience.

I reserved a total of three rooms. The premium room was exceptionally nice, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the standard rooms where my other family members stayed were not cleaned adequately; the bathtubs still had hair from previous guests. In both rooms, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, making it extremely hot. One of the rooms lacked an iron for pressing clothes.
