My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant, and I have to say that the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The housekeeping staff, in particular, was truly amazing—they were diligent, professional, and ensured that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I am not the type to give anyone bad reviews but if I can prevent anyone from staying at this hotel I will do it. First of all, service at the counter is horrible, who trained and hired these people??? I wish I read all the other negative reviews before going there. The room was freezing cold, the first night they tried to fix it but it was not fixed, I had to put on multiple layers of clothing in order to sleep. If I can just give them 0 star I would. We booked for 5days, in our first day our toilet was clogged without even using it and it didnt get fix until our 3rd day of stay. Then on 2nd day when i was laying on my bed chilling with my boyfriend and suddenly felt that there was crawling inside my hoodie and it was a roach. we killed it obviously and on the 3rd day we found a bigger one. Hands down the most disgusting room I've ever had the misfortune of stepping into, and there was no other availablerooms to change to. Black mold in the washroom, stains on the couch and dining room chairs, filthy walls, salt stains on the floor, desk had what looked like dried lotion, water rings on the bed side table, sheet where very obviously not changed as they had hair and what looked like food stains in them, windowsill was disgusting, and the room smelled like musty miso soup. Good one! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy. The proximity to Pearson Airport and local hotspots made our trip stress-free. Great service and attention to detail – highly recommend for a comfortable stay!
