My recent stay at Skye Hotel And Residences, from April 16 to April 17, was an absolute disappointment. Hotel and Rooms are New and looks very Good in Pictures and looks perfect to make a booking for your stay only by looking at the pictures. The service and amenities here is the worst I had ever experienced. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards for comfort, and service. Absolutely disgusting hotel filled with cockroaches. Room was filthy: - dirty bed with hair - floor was dirty with food - walls stained - no AC - stuffy and stinky - baby cockroaches running around floor and bathroom. Cancelled room immediately but was denied a refund. TOTAL SCAM. They’ll just comment some generic comment like they do on all their reviews like this. “Sorry about your experience, we aim for better, we will review this internally” all to scam you out of actually giving a refund to a room you will not stay in.... read more

They have great prices for what you get, i’m not sure why people are complaining. My room was clean and super spacious and had lots of room and storage. Great if you’re staying here long with your family. It’s luxury and the bathrooms are too. Kinda sucks they didn’t have free breakfast and a pool but it’s a really nice hotel. If you want privacy while sleeping you’ll not get that tho, it’s like a studio room which is fine to me!! And only 40-50 minutes away from toronto!!

Flight got changed so I called to change the booking. They were not helpful. Told I either keep the booking or lose the money I paid for the room. So I asked then if we can change check in time because check in was at 3pm and my flight left at 845pm the same day. He said no problem. Since you paid for a full day and are only using half a day it should not be an issue. (This was on the phone.) My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant, and I have to say that the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. The housekeeping staff, in particular, was truly amazing—they were diligent, professional, and ensured that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience even better. However, there was one staff member who stood out for all the wrong reasons.
