Unfortunately the way this situation was handled has made this stay awful. On day 1 house keeping came by and because I was in the room with my kids. I told her if she can just sweep the floor, change of towels and clean the bathroom that would be great. She did that no problem. This place is rather customer unfriendly, and they don't pr9vude welcoming or customer friendly service. When you arrive to check in they won't check you in even though the room is empty and ready. I simply tell people to sit and clutter up the foyer and make them wait until it's almost there advertised check in time. In most places if the room is ready and vacant they will check you in so this is a very customer unfriendly and unwelcoming practice. ​My experience was mixed. The quality of the room and comfort was outstanding, making the stay inside the hotel very pleasant. However, the severe lack of parking was a significant and unacceptable inconvenience that detracted heavily from the overall experience. This issue needs urgent attention. ​(This format highlights the strong positive and the major negative point clearly.)

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice because of its convenient location near the airport, but unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. First stay: The room lacked proper upkeep. The kettle was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest—it had greasy stains and even smelled of instant noodles. When I asked for a replacement (as I needed hot water for my infant’s food), I was told it could only be provided after 10 pm, which was completely unhelpful at the time. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Pull out couch could not be pulled out as not enough room to use closet then. Had a full size frig and stove plus dishwasher. There were no dishes, cups, cutlery, pots, no toaster, no dish cloths or tea towels!!!!
