I received a delivery a week ago today. Speedy called me Wednesday and Thursday asking to confirm if the delivery was okay. I thought it was a follow up policy or something so I explained to them twice that I need to have it all assembled by the weekend so I will confirm when I get to it. Then the company that I bought the product called Friday morning telling me speedy delivered the wrong thing. Oh okay…. They were beating around the bush for the last 2 days. Shame on you, Speedy. While other drivers wait patiently in line, your drivers jump into the Fast Lane to skip everyone at the Blue Water Bridge in Sarnia. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful to the rest of others
If only there was a 0 rating. Delivery was a day late and two skids short. Next day cancelled due to weather, sorry but even our garbage trucks were still running. Then suppose to ship on the Friday the two skids they missed shipping, nope apparently maybe Monday. From overnight to over a week, absolutely the worst shipping experience ever!
This company illegally and dangerously blocks fire hydrants when parking their trucks.
The driver Abdi employee # 18047 is just a wonderful employee of yours. He is always so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy when he drops a shipment off to me.
