Do not trust this company with your shipments. Their driver had us sign 3 slips, which we believed represented 2 skids and a large additional box, only to find out the third slip was for an entire other skid. When we called to ask if they still had the third skid, they responded it was signed for and refused to help further. Straight out criminal.

The driver turned up crying a sob story how he had to get back to Brockville, my soft hearted staff member signed without counting boxes Our Fault. We informed Speedy within 2 hours explaining and even provided pictures. The driver told us he handballed the goods to my staff member. We received a large pallet shrink wrapped see picture. I've worked at Speedy for a while now and since my very first shift everyone welcomed me as a member of the family. Every day I see the office crew work non stop to get the freight out. They're hands fly across keyboards as they answer client's questions, and create freight manifests for the drivers. My terminal manager is in before I get there, and still there when I leave. Speedy Transport Group understands how to deliver customer value. Dealing with their customer care team through to their drivers has been a positive experience for our staff. When our company has had concerns arise they act to resolve them promptly and if required effectively go up the chain of command to include and be addressed by management. In a customer-driven environment they have proven their intention is to do just that; drive customer results.

As a store owner my multiple skid order has been sitting in their warehouse for quite a while now. They never called me, I had to call them. Then they gave me little to no working window because "they need their truck to be back for the afternoon". What retail store opens at 7am? The driver seemed like a good guy though. Maybe a lack or resources (trucks and drivers)? A little more organisation wouldn't hurt this "Speedy" Transport company.
