Poor service, poor equipment and never picks up as scheduled. Contact phone numbers don't work and if you do manage to find one, they'll just bounce you somewhere else. Roll the dice here folks! 😄
I had a couple of issues with this company delivering an item from Costco. First the item stated when I ordered it that it would be delivered to the "threshold" of my home however to Speedy this only means in your garage and not the front door. The description when ordering clearly stated inside the front door as an option but they would not honour it only acknowledge it says that but they won't do it.
