First time going to the clinic. From the minute I walk in there customer service was great. The stuff super nice. Dr. Elizabeth the best I ever had she the sweetest person I had met. She was very patient and very helpful. I was very concerned about my issues. She got on it right away she make sure I was well taking care. And for sure this clinic will be my future clinic and future doctor as well.
I had a little mishap on my first visit a couple months ago but since then, though I still love this location and staff, the CRENSHAW location is by far the very best clinic I’ve been to. They see myself and my children and all staff members and Doctors are extremely great. Thank you to Dr Crystal who just made my day with her speedy service and informative knowledge on my daughter’s health. We also laughed to make light of the situation which was warming. So hands down 10/10 recommended. Just have to have some patience!
I don’t know what the 1 Star reviewer’s experienced while at SJCH but I experienced nothing but professionalism. When I made my appointment I was told to show up half an hour early and that it would be up to an hour and a half wait. I arrived at 3:30 and I was out of there before 6:00. Considering it was an opportunity appointment or else I’d have to wait until the end of the month to see a doctor , I feel I was attended and examined in a timely manner and fashion. I LOVE coming to the Hyde Park St. John's location. This location is clean with clean bathrooms. The young ladies behind the counter are so sweet and on top of their game. The benefits eligibility counselor Jennifer has always been very open and honest about all the programs I qualify for and if not she's provided me with resources but of course all cases are different. Up until six months ago, I used to think this was the best place to take your kids for doctor visit within the last six months. I’ve had problems with getting forms signed off every return within a timely matter. I’ve had problems with people changing your schedule when you have kids and you need them all seen at the same time I’ve had problems with The doctor Not knowing what type of services, your children qualify for when you have kids with autism and ADHD and the forms that she needs to fill out an order for the children... read more
