I’ve been a member of St. John’s for a very long time and I’ve never felt like I’ve been helped the way that Bre went above and beyond to assist me today. Without her I probably would not have made it in but she did exactly what she said she would do and kept her word. This made me feel appreciated and def made me feel like I can continue to be apart of St. John’s as long as she’s there. I appreciate people that really care and help others. Her genuineness is u matched! Thanks again Bre!!! She deserves to be promoted!
I’m a brand new patient and I am so happy to belong to a clinic that offers walk-in appointments! That is important when you have a health concern that isn’t an emergency. The parking is excellent, the lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was cool and straight to the point. The entire process was seamless and the total appointment was very fast. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The lobby was a bit chilly (to prevent germs from spreading) but next time I will be better prepared. Thank you!
Hi, I’ve been going there for a long time now. I have nothing bad to say you guys are awesome. Especially my Doctor Acuña. She is the bomb.com. All the staff nurses are awesome too. They take care of me. I feel like I go in with family to me, is the best place ever. They take care of me they treat me with kindness, very professional. And it’s always a pleasure to be there. Prompt professional assistance , staff very knowledgeable Able to trouble shoot expediently. My visit as well as all previous ones have been most pleasant and satisfactory. Looking forward to my follow-up and any additional appointment(s). Additionally I’d like to acknowledge the front desk staff especially Tamera,& the wonderful nurse that works the back area(sorry) can’t recall her name she’s great very attentive.This is to acknowledge the personnel at the Crenshaw office
Marisa in the front desk is the absolute best. She’s always so helpful and goes above & beyond. Dr. Marcela is great as well. I was at a different clinic but my service here has been so much better. My kids love her. Thank you for your hard work & dedication to your patients.
