I’ve been a member of St. John’s for a very long time and I’ve never felt like I’ve been helped the way that Bre went above and beyond to assist me today. Without her I probably would not have made it in but she did exactly what she said she would do and kept her word. This made me feel appreciated and def made me feel like I can continue to be apart of St. John’s as long as she’s there. I appreciate people that really care and help others. Her genuineness is u matched! Thanks again Bre!!! She deserves to be promoted!
I’m a brand new patient and I am so happy to belong to a clinic that offers walk-in appointments! That is important when you have a health concern that isn’t an emergency. The parking is excellent, the lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was cool and straight to the point. The entire process was seamless and the total appointment was very fast. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The lobby was a bit chilly (to prevent germs from spreading) but next time I will be better prepared. Thank you!
Hi, I’ve been going there for a long time now. I have nothing bad to say you guys are awesome. Especially my Doctor Acuña. She is the bomb.com. All the staff nurses are awesome too. They take care of me. I feel like I go in with family to me, is the best place ever. They take care of me they treat me with kindness, very professional. And it’s always a pleasure to be there. The staff here at St. John’s wellness center on Crenshaw is amazing. They always provide outstanding service from the time I walk in, until the time I leave. The love that they show has been beyond amazing. Tamera is one of the main reasons I come back to this location. She welcomes me back with open arms every time. She assists me with my appointments and keeping the same provider. As someone who is chronically late, I learned on my first appointment (after one walk in visit prior) that there is no grace period. I was only 6 minutes late so it was frustrating, but the front desk staff was very communicative (calling a few times before to check in) and nice and explained that they can't wait for appointments because they have to get through the walk ins each day (fair enough).
