I’m a brand new patient and I am so happy to belong to a clinic that offers walk-in appointments! That is important when you have a health concern that isn’t an emergency. The parking is excellent, the lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was cool and straight to the point. The entire process was seamless and the total appointment was very fast. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The lobby was a bit chilly (to prevent germs from spreading) but next time I will be better prepared. Thank you!
As someone who is chronically late, I learned on my first appointment (after one walk in visit prior) that there is no grace period. I was only 6 minutes late so it was frustrating, but the front desk staff was very communicative (calling a few times before to check in) and nice and explained that they can't wait for appointments because they have to get through the walk ins each day (fair enough). Prompt professional assistance , staff very knowledgeable Able to trouble shoot expediently. My visit as well as all previous ones have been most pleasant and satisfactory. The staff here at St. John’s wellness center on Crenshaw is amazing. They always provide outstanding service from the time I walk in, until the time I leave. The love that they show has been beyond amazing. Tamera is one of the main reasons I come back to this location. She welcomes me back with open arms every time. She assists me with my appointments and keeping the same provider. Marisa in the front desk is the absolute best. She’s always so helpful and goes above & beyond. Dr. Marcela is great as well. I was at a different clinic but my service here has been so much better. My kids love her. Thank you for your hard work & dedication to your patients.
